Which services can we offer?

The STF is able to identify the principal medicinal drugs present in different biological samples. Likewise, we offer the analysis of drugs of abuse and their main metabolites in several biological matrices such as saliva (oral fluid), urine, hair and blood.

To whom are the services of the STF addressed?

The main users of our services are:

• Consellería de Interior e Xustiza (Xunta de Galicia)
• Dirección General de Tráfico (DGT)
• Healthcare centers and SERGAS hospitals
• Individual persons: it is necessary to contact us by phone or e-mail to perform expert’s reports and analysis to individual persons

Which drugs of abuse do we analyze?

We meet all the spectrum of drugs of abuse of interest in our geographic area such as ethyl alcohol, opiates (morphine, codeine, i.e.), cocaine, cannabis, amphetamines and designer drugs, as well as some medicinal drugs such as benzodiazepines and antidepressants. Their main metabolites are also included

In the Forensic/Clinical Field:
